Design Suites Miami Beach

Location was pretty good.

Was been remodel, didnt clean your room, horrible smell, and what was worst is the there was not a ramp for a baby stroller or for u to roll your bags you had to carry your bags to the stairs I think that was very inconvinient.

The location; Gym facilities.

Really nothing. Your on remodeling the facilities so a lot can be forgiven.

Location, kitchen in room and ocean view were excellent.

I didnt like the fact that the room was not clean enough. We found garbage still in the room and under the bed.

The beach it was beatiful like 11 years ago

I did had a bad experince whith my room the first thing the room was infected with Cockroaches about 11 pm they where everywhere on the ceiling everywhere we had to sleep with the lights on , the sheets loos like they were not replace they had woman hair all over it it was a bad thing becouse I spend my honeymoon on this hotel 11 years ago and at the same time it was alot better 11 years ago the bathroom fan or ventelation vent it was full with mud and dirt, somebody need to go and check that room before rent it to somebody else

Not far from the airport, kitchen in the room, very comfortable bed and pillows, airconditioner. Hotel staff was very kind to make for us free upgraid from bay-side view to sea-side, of course beach just near the building.We are couple of mature travellers from Czech Rep.thank you.

The room was dirty and sometimes i saw cocroaches. I was staying For 5 nights in a suite with river view and my room was cleaned just 1 time! I had to call housekeeping myself to change towels, cause it was no phone in the room. There r 2 guest elevators and it's to long to wait sometimes! In my confirmation it sais: telephone, wooden floor, hairdryer. I got Nothing of that!

Almost nothing.....except maybe the parking which was offered as a part of the package.....but the rest is extremely bad.

Worst place I have ever stayed at........No services, staff not professional, not secured as rooms do not have any kind of securing locks, extremely poor maintenance, lights in the room were mostly not working, elevators are extremely in a very bad consition & not safe......... Privacy is not to be mentioned at all in this place........we have suffered from the staff knocking our doors every day at 9 & 10am insiting to change the towels!!!!!!!! Also we encountered the staff to come over to the room & open with their key with our even knocking on the door!!!!!!! Conclusion, avoid this place.

Construction site and cheaply run and operated, highly overpriced and the pictures of the hotel at your site are unrepresentative of the actual site. The restuarant was horrible, overall it was a very over priced low budget place. Shame on you for representing it as you do in your pictures.

We loved the big spaces at the suites, the cooking facilities, and the direct access to the Beach

The hotel decor has a charming vintage vibe with elegant chandeliers, and the accessibility options made it easy for me to navigate around. I appreciated the kindness of the staff who helped with my luggage.

first is not a hotel people subrent or own a couple a apartments and they rent it, shame on you to call this piece of sheet yes pedazo de mierda an hotel is nobody to talk to after 4pm , no serveice room at all only cleaning, not water at the shower, very old elevators making terrible noice all night a very cheap frig making noices like a tractor going in the room this 'HOTEL' IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE IN WELLFARE WHAT A BELIVED IS THERE TOO SORRY YOU ARE NOT AN HOTEL YOU ARE A CUEVA DE RATAS BESAME EL TRASTE CON TU PUTO EDIFICIO

The coffee at the poolside snack bar was a morning game-changer! Plus, the easy access to Rococoa Cafe for fresh eats was a bonus. Can't forget the awesome ocean views from my Queen Room.

The .Design Suites was in need of repair paint chipping in Room and elevator tile broken missing wood in elevator dirty just no money spent on fixing up the Hotel no pride in Ownership

I am Mark D.Deibler I had stayed at the Design Suites At Castle Beach room 1427 I rented the room from Booked.net at a cost of $349.00 or more thought the place looked nice for what they were charging the first night, I felt biting but there were no visa able marks other than small red marks, I felt it must be a typical Florida bug like no see em or mosquitos but then the following night more and it was just from sleeping in the bed, I return home from my business trip with bites on back both arms, Legs and hand went to Family doctor he said that this looks like Bed Bugs bite patten 3 in a group or straight line . I am positive all of my bites came from the beds in Suite 1427 I slept in both and was attacked in the beds and not outside or in the room only while sleeping These bites are very painful and also itch a lot. Please have the room checked out as this can get very bad and spreads room to room. I would consider a trip back but would need some assurance that the rooms to not carry biting bugs at the least I would like a full credit to my credit card.
